GameStop is more than happy to place a pre-release game on reserve for you. Reserving a game will guarantee that you'll have a copy when it is released. We'll also place currently available titles on hold for you. Here's how it works:

To Reserve a Copy of a Pre-Release Title:
Step 1:
Visit one of our local stores.
Step 2:
Put down a deposit of €2 / £2 (this deposit will go towards the final purchase price of the game) and provide us with the name of the game and a telephone number where we can contact you.
Step 3:
Your copy is now reserved! We'll call you when the title is released. GameStop will hold your copy for you on day of release.

To Reserve a Copy of a Title Currently Available:
Step 1:
Call one of our local stores.
Step 2:
Provide us with the name of the title and a telephone number where we can contact you.
Step 3:
Your title is now reserved! GameStop will put aside the copy and you'll have a maximum of 3 days to come in and pick it up. Guarantee of reservation is subject to availability. Ask staff in-store for details.
