Buying Now

1.

Find the game you want to purchase and hit the ‘Click+Collect’ button to add it to your shopping cart.

2.

Once your chosen game is in the cart, choose your local store and select ‘Click+Collect’.

3.

Fill in the reservation form and click ‘Pick Up In-Store and Pay Online’

4.

Complete the payment form.

5.

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours after purchase to confirm that your game is ready for collection.

6.

Go to your local store and pick up your game.


Pre-Ordering

1.

Find the product you want to order and click ‘Add to Cart’

2.

Click ‘Pre-Order this game and have it delivered to your favourite store!’

3.

Select your local store and hit ‘PickUp at this store’.

4.

Choose ‘Click+Collect’ as your delivery option.

5.

Complete the payment form.
Please Note: €5 balance will be taken immediately for Games, €10 for Collector Editions and €50 for Hardware. The remainder balance will be paid in-store when you collect your game.

6.

When the game is released, it will be available to collect in your chosen store.

Click + Collect is a service that has been introduced to gamestop.ie that enables gamers to reserve an item online and collect it in their local store.

Aside from being super-fast and easy to use, Click + Collect allows you to get your hands on an item swiftly and at a time that’s convenient to you. You’ll also avoid the hassle of missed courier deliveries and shipping costs.

Nope – It's completely FREE. You’ll only pay for the item(s) that you’re looking to buy.

Easy – once you’re on the product page for the item you want to buy, check and see if In a Hurry? Click + Collect is listed below the price.

Once you chosen the item(s) you want to purchase, you’ll have to log into your GameStop account (if you haven’t already done so) or choose to continue as a Guest. You’ll then be asked to select the store you wish to collect your item(s) from. Once you’ve chosen a store you’ll need to enter your details and then pay a deposit (if the item is a pre-order) or the full amount (if the item has already been released) – and that’s it!

All Click + Collect orders need to be confirmed before you can collect your item(s). After you’ve placed your order, please wait until you have received a confirmation email containing a unique Order Number and giftcard before visiting the store. This email will confirm that the store has reserved your item(s). If you’re placing a pre-order, you’ll need to wait until the day it’s released.

Once you’ve chosen the item(s) you want to purchase and you’ve logged in (if you weren’t already) or continued as guest, you’ll be shown a map. On this map you’ll see pins that represent the different stores around you. If the pin is green – the store has stock and you can select it. If the pin is red – there’s no stock of the item you’re looking for in-store.

After you’ve received a confirmation email you’re ready to go to the store you’ve chosen to collect your item(s). You need to bring the confirmation email with you. This email will contain a gift card number along with a pin that’ll help staff find your order.

All orders, once placed, have a pre-authorization hold on the full payment of the chosen product. If the payment is made with credit or debit card the funds will be fully captured once the store has accepted the item. If the product is not available the payment will be rejected however it may take up to 3/5 business days for the bank to process the reversal of the pre-authorization back to your account. If the payment is made with PayPal this will void on the system immediately and release the funds back to your PayPal account.
