General

These general terms and conditions, (the “General Terms”), apply when you as a consumer, (“you”), order goods or services from our website Gamestop.ie , (the “Website”). When we confirm your order, an agreement is concluded between you and GameStop Ltd. (“GameStop” or “we”). Contact information and other information about us is available on the Website and in Clause 14 below.

You may only use the Website and place orders if you (i) are 18 years or older, (ii) are not under guardianship, and (iii) are residing in Ireland. We reserve the right, in each case, to refuse your order (e.g. if you have provided incorrect personal data or have any record for non-payment of debt).

We (or our licensors) own the Website and its content. The information is protected by law, including copyright and trademark law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, designs, layouts and information on products, services and other content published on the Website may not be copied or used without our prior written consent. You may not use the Website for illegal or commercial purposes. You may only use the Website as provided in these General Terms. The Website and its content may not be copied, changed or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of GameStop. You may not use any of the software used in the operation or provision of the Website, except when using the Website in accordance with these General Terms.

To place an order on the Website, you must accept, and undertake to comply with, these General Terms in their entirety.

When placing an order on the Website, a purchase agreement is entered into when we have confirmed your order and you have received our order confirmation by e-mail. We ask you to save the order confirmation for any correspondence with our customer services.

We strive to provide you with an order confirmation as soon as possible after we have received your order. If an order is placed on a Friday, on the weekend or during a holiday, it may affect the time it takes to provide you with an order confirmation.

Customer Information

You must register a user account before shopping on the Website. When you register a user account and/or place an order on the Website, we will ask you to provide certain personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and complete, and for any incorrectly provided information. Further information about how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Our products may be subject to certain restrictions, such as age limits. If so, you may be asked to provide information necessary to confirm that the restricting conditions are fulfilled, either to GameStop or to a third party, e.g. a supplier.

You must ensure that no unauthorised person is able to use your login details. You may not disclose your username and password to any unauthorised person and must ensure that documents containing your username and password are kept in such a way that unauthorised persons cannot gain access to the information. If you suspect that any unauthorised person has obtained access to your password, you must notify us immediately by calling +358 076 680 5877 or by e-mailing hello@gamestop.ie. You are responsible for all orders made with your login details if you have not provided such notification.

Prices

Prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website (subject to Clause 3 above). All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping fees, which are provided separately.

Special Offers

From time to time, GameStop may provide special offers on the Website which may apply more favourable terms than those otherwise available. These more favourable terms will apply only for the duration of the special offer and only for the specific products mentioned in connection to it. We reserve the right to cancel special offers at any time. Any offers for specific products on the Website are valid only until the products are sold out.

Shipping and delivery

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days indicated on the Website and in the order confirmation. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and continue to monitor the order. If a delivery is delayed for more than 30 business days from your receipt of the order confirmation, and it is not because of you, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. This is separate and ancillary to your right of withdrawal (outlined below)

If products are to be collected, you will receive a notification stating when and where the package may be picked up. The notification may be sent by e-mail, mail or if you have provided a mobile phone number, by SMS. If a package is to be picked up at a specific delivery location, you shall collect it within the time specified in the notification. Normally, packages shall be picked up personally by providing a valid ID along with order number/parcel number.

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by calling +or by visiting the helpdesk, However, if we are not able to receive and process your cancellation request before we confirm your order, your cancellation request may not be effective. You do, however, still have a right of withdrawal (see below).

The right of cancellation does not apply to digital content (including digital software and games) once the digital content becomes available for download or a digital code has been issued that makes such digital content available for download.

If you cancel your order in accordance with these General Terms, any payments made in regard to the order will be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on the Website, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer law. This means that you have the right to cancel any purchase within 14 days of you, or your representative, receiving the product (the withdrawal period).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Any products made to your specification or that otherwise have been given a clear personalised character;
  • Any sealed audio- or image recordings, games or computer programs (including technical seals by e.g. serial numbers) with broken seals; or any digital content that has been supplied in any other form than on a tangible medium (e.g. computer programs, applications, games, music, videos or texts where access is by means of downloading or streaming).
  • Gamestop + Loyalty cards cannot be refunded after purchase.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear message by mail, using the contact information provided in Clause 14 below, before the withdrawal period expires, if you wish to withdraw a purchase. You must provide your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the product in the message.

    If you use your right of withdrawal, you must bear the costs for returning the products. Furthermore, you are responsible for the condition of the product from when you have received it and during the shipping back to us. We recommend that the product is sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box to GameStop, Estuary House, Swords Business Pk, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 X4A3. The product must be received by us within 14 days from the date when we received your notification informing GameStop that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    For orders cancelled by using your right of withdrawal, we will issue you with a full refund, including the shipping costs for sending the product to you. Any additional shipping costs due to you choosing another depvery than our standard depvery are exempted from the refund. When you return part of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the amount to be refunded which corresponds to the diminished value of the product compared to the original value, if and to the extent the loss of value is due to you handpng the product negpgently or to a greater extent than what is necessary to determine its function or characteristics.

    For orders cancelled by using your right of withdrawal, we will issue you with a full refund, including the shipping costs for sending the product to you. Any additional shipping costs due to you choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery are exempted from the refund. When you return part of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. We are entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount which corresponds to the diminution in value of the product compared to the original value, if and to the extent the loss of value is due to you handling the product negligently or to a greater extent than what is necessary to determine its function or characteristics. Certain products cannot be re-sold once opened or unsealed and, in such cases, the diminution in value will be equal to the price of the product.

    We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days of the date when we received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned, e.g. by a certificate of delivery. Refunds will be made by the same payment method you chose unless otherwise agreed or the method is unavailable.

Refunds and Returns

When you receive your package, you should examine it closely before opening the factory sealed product packaging to determine that it is what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange your product within 14 days at any GameStop retail store in Ireland. This is separate to your right of withdrawal from a distance selling contract detailed above.

Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item. Certain items which cannot be re-sold once opened or unsealed (e.g. sealed trading cards) may not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning a defective item if required by law, or because of an error on our part.

The right of return does not apply to digital content (including digital software and games) once the digital content becomes available for download or a digital code has been issued that makes such digital content available for download. By making a purchase of digital content from GameStop you agree that the digital content is available to you for download immediately, and you acknowledge that as a result you waive any statutory rights to cancel or withdraw your order or return the digital content.

All products (whether defective or non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: If a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused.

On purchases made with a credit card, only the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Warranties and complaints

Some of our products may enjoy the benefit of manufacturer warranties (which are separate to your statutory rights). Information about any warranty period and special conditions for warranties for each product are set forth on our Website. Warranties for products will only cover manufacturing defects, and thus not any fault arising due to negligent or abnormal use, or after any individual changes of the product’s function and appearance, e.g. rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

You are always entitled to lodge complaints about products bought on the Website within a reasonable time from discovering the defect or from the time you should have discovered the defect. The right to lodge a complaint applies to products that are defective according to applicable consumer law. If you wish to lodge a complaint about any product ordered, you shall contact us through the contact details provided below as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

We will rectify or replace a defective product, or refund you for such product, in compliance with applicable consumer law once the product, for which a complaint has been lodged, is returned and the complaint accepted. Even though we strive to do so within 30 days from receipt of your complaint, it may be delayed depending on the nature of the product and/or the defect. We will carry the cost for the return freight for any accepted complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product proves not to be defective in accordance with the applicable consumer law.

Force majeure

Unless otherwise provided by law, GameStop is not liable for defects or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as general labour disputes, war, fire, lightning, acts of terrorism, amendments to regulations issued by governmental authorities, issues with power mains or telephone communications, data transmissions or any other form of communication, and defects or delays in deliveries by sub-contractors caused by any such circumstance as referred to in this paragraph.

Limitation of liability

Unless otherwise provided in these General Terms, the liability of GameStop is limited and excluded to the extent permitted by law. This applies regardless of how the damage or loss is caused (including damage or loss caused by negligence) and regardless of if the damage was foreseeable or not when entering into the agreement (even if GameStop has been informed of the risk of such damage or loss).

The Website may include links to other websites or resources, and to businesses operated by other persons. These other websites are not operated or controlled by GameStop. Accordingly, GameStop is not responsible for, and will have no liability for, these other websites, their business, goods, services, or content. If you link to or use any of these other websites, your dealings with the owners or operators of the websites is at your own risk, and you agree that you will not make any claim against GameStop arising from your use of any of these other websites.

Changes to the General Terms

Errors, misprints and omissions (including incorrect prices, descriptions or specifications for products) may sometimes occur. GameStop does not guarantee that products and services advertised on our Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. GameStop makes no representation or warranty that the content of the Website, including product descriptions or photographs, is accurate or complete.

In addition, GameStop may at any time, without any prior notice or liability to any Website user (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission; (b) change the products and services available on the Website, or the prices, fees, and specifications of such products and services, or any promotional offers and any other Website content; and (c) limit quantities available for sale.

GameStop reserves the right to cancel and subsequently refund any order or orders which do not abide by this condition of purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, all promotional offers, bundles, and deals shall be limited to one per customer.

The advertisements on the Website are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Website and are not offers to sell. All prices and other amounts appearing on the Website are quoted in Euro.

Governing law and disputes

If a dispute should arise between you and GameStop that we have not been able to settle together, you may as a consumer file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. These General Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Trade In's

What are the stipulations for trading in software?

  • No physical damage was done to the disc/cartridge. This Includes deep scratches, cracks, laser burn and water damage.
  • A box that is in good condition with no serious damage and all game sleeve inserts must be included with the game to facilitate the trade-in.
  • Some titles will be not be applicable for trade-in. Please contact your local Gamestop store for further information in regards to these titles.

What are the stipulations for trading in hardware?

  • No physical damage done to the console. i.e no chips, deep scratches or broken parts to any of the components of the console/controller.

    All cables and one controller ( or stylus for specific handhelds ) must be traded-in with the console.

  • Any console deemed not in sellable condition due to cleanliness will be refused.
  • The console’s warranty seals must be intact and no console that has been opened for either repairs or any other reason can be accepted as a trade.
  • All parental codes/blocks and passcodes must be removed from the console before testing.
  • All consoles will be tested in store by staff before any final decision is made. 
  • Please note that the final decision on all trade-ins is at the Store Managers discretion and Gamestop hold the right to refuse any trade-in at any time for any reason.
  • Terms Applicable to Repair Service

    • All spare parts are tested by us and are also subject to a warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery of the device. Of course, the warranty includes only the repair of the original defect, as well as the installed spare parts.
    • When we replace part(s), the removed part(s) becomes the property of Gamestop and the built-in replacement part(s) becomes the property of the customer. Subsequent defects caused by the customer (eg liquid damage, short circuit, physical defects, etc.) are not covered by the 12-month warranty.
    • In the unlikely event that your device is damaged or lost by Gamestop, Gamestop will repair the damage or replace the lost device with an equivalent replacement device.
    • In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair your device, we will refund you the deposit in full and return your device unrepaired. Alternatively, you can also put repair deposit towards a new or used device of your choice.
    • Our goal is to hand over the device as soon as possible but please allow up to within 10 working days. Once the device is back in the store where you originally brought it to and we have informed you of it's return to the store, we ask that you pick it up there within 14 days. If this is not possible for you, we ask you to arrange a pick-up appointment with the store. Please make sure your contact details are up to date so we can contact you by phone. If you still do not pick up your device within 90 days of the agreement, we will try to arrange a pickup with you for the last time.
    • All Gamestop security seals must be intact/untampered to avail of the above warranty periods. If seals are broken/removed or tampered with, all warranties are considered null or void.

    GS PRO Club programme - Irish Terms and Conditions of Participation

    Introduction

    1.1 GS PRO Club is the programme for individual members (“GS PRO Club”) made available by GameStop Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland under company number 215492 with a registered office at Estuary House, Swords Business Park, Swords, Co Dublin ("GameStop", “we”, “us” and “our”) to members (“you”, “your” or “Member”). The following General Terms and Conditions of Participation (the “GS Pro Club Terms”) regulate your participation in GS PRO Club, whether in our stores (each, a "GameStop Store") and/or online through our website www.gamestop.ie (the "Website"). The General Terms set forth above will also apply to purchases made online using GS PRO Club (“Purchase Terms”).

    1.2 To apply for GS PRO Club, you must confirm that have read, accept and agree to be bound by these GS PRO Club Terms. Please read the GS PRO Club Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before applying to become a GS PRO Club member (“Membership”) as they form the basis of our legal relationship with you and affect your rights and liabilities under law.     1.3In order to apply for Membership it is necessary to register for a, or have valid access to an existing, GS PRO Club Member Account as described further at Section 2.7 of these GS PRO Club Terms. Members are issued with a digital card and code attached to their Membership (“Digital Card”).

      Eligibility and Application for GS PRO Club Membership

    2.1 Only the Member may participate in GS PRO Club, i.e. the rights established under the programme, may only be exercised by the Member personally and are not capable of being transferred to any third party (including use by any third party of the Advantages or Benefits).

    2.2 In order to become a Member, you must make an application online on the Website. GameStop has sole authority to decide whether to accept a member application to GS PRO Club. There is no absolute legal right to be issued with Membership.

    2.4 You must be aged 18 and over and resident in the EU in order to apply, be eligible for and be issued with Membership.

    2.5 When applying for Membership you must verify your forename, surname, email and date of birth (in order to confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age) and you have a permanent place of residence in the EU. Your personal data which is obtained by us in connection with the application and participation in GS PRO Club shall be used in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and the terms of our Privacy Policy available at: https://www.gamestop.ie/privacy-policy.

    2.6 Once your details are verified by us, we may grant you Membership. We reserve the right to decline an application for Membership (where for example, we suspect fraudulent or criminal behaviour) or to terminate or suspend Membership on reasonable notice to you (unless we reasonably suspect that you are acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these GS PRO Club Terms – in which case, we may terminate or suspend your Membership without advance notice). GameStop will notify you if your application for Membership is rejected.

    2.7 GameStop will provide you with access to a member account where you will be able to access further information about GS PRO Club (including current Advantages and Benefits, depending on your level of Membership), your current subscription and manage your personal data (“GS PRO Club Member Account”). We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of the GS PRO Club Member Account. We are not responsible if access to the GS PRO Club Member Account is interrupted or it is unavailable for reasons outside of our control.

    2.8 You are responsible for protecting the GS PRO Club Member Account against access by third parties and for keeping your GS PRO Club Member Account password confidential.

    2.9      You must keep your personal data that you provide to us for use in GS PRO Club current and up to date. If there are any changes to your personal information, you can update it online on your GS PRO Club Member Account, or notify GameStop by post at Estuary House, Swords Business Park, Swords, Co Dublin or by e-mail at hello@gamestop.ie.

      General Content of GS PRO Club

    3.1 By participating in GS PRO Club you can avail of certain incentives, advantages, promotional discounts and ongoing discounts (together, “Benefits and Advantages”) as described in the GS PRO Club Benefits and Advantages Table at Section 3.3 below. We will provide you with further information on Benefits and Advantages from time to time by email to the address used by you in connection with your GS PRO Club Membership, such as Priority Sales, Monthly Offers and VIP Access to Events. Please carefully review these Advantages and Benefits, including any special terms which may apply to a particular Advantage or Benefit.

    3.2 There are two categories of GS PRO Club Membership and each may attract different GameStop Benefits and Advantages, as follows:

    3.2.3 PRO – You can apply for the PRO Membership and upon (i) acceptance of your PRO Membership by us; and (ii) payment by you of the PRO Membership for a period of twelve months, you will be entitled to the Benefits and Advantages as indicated below; and

    3.3 BLACK – This is by invite-only GS PRO Club Membership to which you may be invited to participate free of charge, and on acceptance to the BLACK Membership you will be entitled to the Benefits and Advantages described below, for a period of twelve months.

    Members will be given TLC Extra Coupons with a value of €165.  In order to access the TLC Extra Coupons, you must register on the TLC platform available at: -https://rewardsforall.com/ using your GS PRO Club Membership details. Once registered, you can download the Coupons. 

    The offers available for purchase with TLC Extra Coupons are subject to TLC partner availability and will vary from time to time.


    For PRO Members you will not be able to access or redeem your TLC Extra Coupons until the 14 day cancellation period as described at Section 6.1 has expired (and only if you have not exercised your right to cancel in this regard).  This does not affect your statutory rights.


       
       

     

      Loss of Log In Details and Unauthorised Use

    You must immediately, or as soon as is possible, notify us in the event that you lose or accidentally disclose your personal log in password to your GS PRO Club Member Account and we will send you a new password.

      14 Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

    5.1       Instructions on Withdrawal

    5.1.1    Right of Withdrawal

    If you purchase PRO Membership on our Website you are entitled to withdraw from your Membership subscription of your GS PRO Club Member Account without giving any reason  within 14 days of being accepted to PRO Membership.  You must notify us at [GameStop Ireland, Estuary House, Swords Business Pk, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 X4A3 by email at hello@gamestop.ie ], if you wish to exercise your withdrawal right, e.g., by email, letter or by submitting the Model Withdrawal Form available here . To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

    5.1.2    Consequences of withdrawal

    In the event that you withdraw from your subscription during the withdrawal period you will receive a full refund of the PRO membership costs paid to us. You will receive your refund at no cost without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For refunds we will use the same means of payment as used by you, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

    5.2       PRO Members will not be able to access or download TLC Extra Coupons until the 14 day withdrawal period has expired. 

    5.3       This section 5 does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

    5.5       PRO Membership Subscription

    The PRO Membership is for a period of twelve (12) months starting on the date on which you become a PRO Member. At the end of the twelve months your GS PRO Club Membership will expire and will not automatically renew, however you can apply to join GS PRO Club again.

    5.6       For BLACK members, you can terminate your Membership online within your GS PRO Club Member Account at any time and without notice.  

    5.7       GameStop can terminate your GS PRO Club Member Account at any time if you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of the applicable law or you are in breach of these Terms.

    5.8       On termination you will cease to be a Member, lose access to your GS PRO Club Member Account and may no longer participate in GS PRO Club.

      Disclaimer of Liability

    6.1 GameStop accepts no responsibility for any unauthorized use of your GS PRO Club Member Account. GameStop will have no responsibility or liability ifyour GS PRO Club Member Account is not accessible from time to time due to network interruptions and/or unavailability, defects, errors, cyber attacks or other external impacts on the GS PRO Club Member Account outside of our reasonable control; and certain Advantages and/or Benefits are no longer available or are discontinued.

    We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or in any other way where it would be unlawful to do so. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

      Changes to the Terms; Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    7.1 GameStop reserves the right to:

    • amend these GS PRO Club Terms (including for, but not limited to, legal, regulatory and security reasons or to otherwise reflect any changes that are made to GS PRO Club);
    • discontinue or amend Advantages and Benefits;
    • amend the conditions applying to Advantages and Benefits;
    • increase the subscription fee; and
    • make any other change to how GS PRO Club operates;

    (each a “Change”) at any time. We will inform you of a Change at least 30 days’ in advance of the Change becoming effective. If you do not agree to the Change, you can notify us of your non-acceptance; in that case you will have the right of terminating your Membership and, for PRO Members, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the PRO Membership Fee. If you do not agree to the Change you must no longer participate in GS PRO Club. If you do not notify us within the 30 day notice period that you refuse to accept the Change, you will be deemed to have accepted the Change. GS PRO Club and Terms as revised by the Change will apply from the end of the period of notice that we have given you. Details of the revised GS PRO Club Terms will be available in participating GameStop Stores and on the Website.

    7.2       Under these GS PRO Club Terms you (i) will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident; and (ii) are entitled to bring any judicial proceedings relating to these GS PRO Club Terms and GS PRO Club before the competent court of your place of residence or the competent court of GameStop’s place of business in Ireland. If GameStop seeks to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident. Furthermore, you may report your matter or issue on the online platform of the EU Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. 

    7.3 Any failure by GameStop to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If a competent court or other competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

    By registering for a user account with GameStop, you agree to the following terms:

    Requirements

    1. You have no legal right to a user account and GameStop reserves the right to close your user account at any time with or without reasons. To register a user account, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the Republic of Ireland and GameStop may request evidence of same. You may not have more than one user account.

     

    Barcode

    1. You will be provided with a unique barcode. The barcode is specific to your user account and must not be shared or transferred. The bar code must be presented to participate in applicable promotions in-store.

     

    Promotions

    1. If you have consented to receiving marketing communications, you may be notified of promotions which you can avail of from time to time. GameStop shall not be obliged to run any promotions. Promotions may be varied or withdrawn by GameStop at any time without notice.

     

    Applicable Terms and Policies

    1. All purchases shall be subject to the GameStop Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Online purchases shall be subject to our Online Returns Policy. If you purchase membership of the GameStop PRO Club, the GS PRO Club Terms and Conditions shall apply. The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any consents you provide. You must ensure your personal data is kept up-to-date and notify GameStop of any changes either online at ie, via email to hello@gamestop.ie or by post to the registered office address noted above.

    1. GameStop shall not be liable for any loss, unauthorised use or misuse of your user account or username or password. GameStop reserves the right to amend or vary these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be published online at ie. These terms shall be construed in accordance with Irish law.

How does it work?

  • Step 1: Login to your GameStop account
  • Step 2: Find the item you wish to pre-order and add it to your cart
  • Step 3: When in your cart under the Delivery section, choose the Collect in Store tab and choose your favourite store.
  • Step 4: Finish checkout and pay your deposit. The remaining balance will be paid in store.

Once the item is released you’ll be able to collect it in your chosen store.


Please note: This is a digital product. The product will be delivered in the form of a redeem code which will be viewable on the "My Order" page.


All orders for Digital products are manually checked by our team before being approved. If your order is placed outside of normal office hours i.e 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 - 16:00 on Friday this may delay processing of your order. Subsequent order should dispatch instantly.


Please note: Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the order has been processed.
